Terms of use

Effective from 23 October 2026.

1. General

These terms govern the use of coffeeformatpolska.pl, run by Colbergcoffee, the Coffee Format distributor. The site is for information: it presents Coffee Format bean-to-cup coffee machines and lets you send an enquiry. No sales contracts are concluded through the site.

2. Product information

Technical data comes from the manufacturer and may change. We confirm the final configuration, price and delivery date in an individual quote. Results from the machine finder and comparison tool are for guidance only.

3. Enquiry form

Sending an enquiry is free and does not commit you to buy. We reply to the email address you provide, and if you give a phone number we may call you.

4. Technical requirements

All you need is an up-to-date web browser. Some features (comparison tool, machine finder) require JavaScript.

5. Feedback about the site

You can send comments about the site through the form. We reply within 14 days.

6. Trademarks

Coffee Format and the model names are trademarks of their owner and are used to describe the products. Product photos come from the manufacturer and are used with the permission of the Coffee Format brand owner.

7. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
